With so many convenient, easy-access amenities right here on campus, life at Arbor Terrace is almost effortless. The other features below only serve to enhance your every day, as you experience the ease of living in this vibrant community.

Concierge Services. Friendly staff are available to assist you throughout the day.

Sundry Shop. A convenient place to pick up a snack or an item left off your shopping list.

The Terrace Dining Room. Offering chef-prepared favorites that appeal to the most particular tastes. A private dining room is also available for special celebrations or holiday events.

The Crabapple Café. The ideal place to gather with friends or family to enjoy a glass of wine, a hand of bridge or your favorite sports game.

Living Room and Library. Where you can settle down on a comfortable couch with a good book or magazine.

Multipurpose Room. Where you will find an array of activities taking place. The multipurpose room is also the home to the CyberSeniors Program, where you can check your e-mail or surf the internet, the [m]Power Cognitive Fitness Program and a low-vision reading machine.

Movie Theatre. Where you can grab a bag of popcorn and sit back to enjoy a classic film or a musical performance with friends and family.

Wellness Center & Therapy Room. A place to receive minor medical attention as well as Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy by professional staff.

Front Porch. Adorned with rocking chairs, a place to keep abreast of the comings and goings with a glass of iced tea.

Back Patio and Courtyard. A place to participate in a gardening activity with friends or take a leisurely stroll on the walking paths surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers.

Screened Porch and Terrace. Located on the second floor, the ideal place to peruse the Sunday paper or have an afternoon snack.

Beauty Salon. A place where residents can be pampered with hairstyling, manicures and pedicures.

"I joined the Arbor family in 2004 when my family and I moved from California. My wife of 17 years, Anita, and I have three sons; Tim (Tito), who resides here in GA, Omar, in San Francisco & Gilbert, who lives in Maui, HI. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, and playing with our six dogs. I enjoy my work with Arbor Terrace and especially enjoy going above and beyond to assist our residents and my coworkers."
