Proactive memory care at Arbor Terrace

For Residents who need specialized care in coping with Alzheimer's and other memory disorders, The Evergreen Program provides memory care support 24 hours a day. It is guided by nationally recognized Alzheimer's expert Teepa Snow.

Evergreen accommodations are as beautiful as the rest of Arbor Terrace, with a higher level of staffing. The Evergreen Program has its own full-time Program Director to provide individualized programs for each Resident's unique needs.

Our staff understands the importance of individual preferences in daily life. They're specially trained Dementia Care Specialists to understand the progression of memory disorders. Above all, they're exceptionally caring, insightful people who bring compassion, companionship and mental stimulation to our Residents.

Evergreen Program
Evergreen amenities include:

Dining Room with Country Kitchen. Where residents enjoy chef-prepared meals as well as take part in preparing afternoon snacks and other cooking activities.

Living Room. A place you will find residents reminiscing to old show tunes or participating in group activities such as arts and crafts, exercise or pet therapy.

Sun Room. An open, cheerful place to enjoy the beauty of each day, rain or shine.

Outdoor Courtyard. Surrounded by trees and flowers, a place where residents can enjoy an afternoon walk or gardening activity.

Evergreen Program
The Evergreen Program includes all regular amenities and services:

Evergreen Living:

• Individual plan of care for each resident
• Caring staff, trained as Dementia Care Specialists by Teepa Snow, MS, OTR/L
• Medication supervision provided by a licensed nurse
• Structured guidance and activities program, integrating daily tasks of living and engaging residents at all levels
• On-site Alzheimer's support group
• Custom-designed neighborhood with dining, living and activities areas
• Secured and monitored entries and exits
• Screened porch
• Ongoing training for staff and caregivers

OTHER CHARGES:

• Second Related Resident: +$1,200/Month
  (plus Personalized Assisted Living Service Fee)
• Respite Care (Temporary Stay): $200/Day
• Reservation/Admission Fee: This non-refundable amount is equal to one month's rent (not including care fees)

OTHER CARE OPTIONS:
(in addition to care fees)

• Diabetic Management: +$200/Month (to include daily Accu-checks and insulin management)

OTHER OPTIONS:

• Furniture Option: Starting at $200/month (resident's room will be furnished upon request)
• Pendant Fee: $150 one time fee
